Not being separated is a no brainer, But, not sure about not having some more in-depth testing. They could have something easily fixable that could be fatal and end their lives prematurely or cause a great deal of disability. Even just a single set of tests.

I have so many questions about them and so little answers
These girls are really inspiring with how well they cope with the challenges they face in life, both challenges that're unique to them and challenges that everybody have. It's a huge miracle that they're even alive in the first place so the fact that they're doing well on top of that is incredible. As others said they seem 21:44 to have great parents. Today they're 32 and both teach a highschool class together. Abby recently got married to a nice-seeming fella and they're going to be in a reality TV show sometime this year.
